NEW FAMILY PICTURES!!
Matt got a little bored and took some creative and funny shots...
These are also some pictures Matt took - he's quite the talented photographer!
Matt's favorite...
Alissa turned 14!
This is how we tell which eggs are hard-boiled!
We took a trip to the State Fair - this is the hypnotist show - so funny.
Jacie got a cotton candy that is almost as big as she is!
And the boys learned how to milk a cow!
This is some of the beautiful stuff I get to see on my daily walks around a lake near us. Love it.
Cameron loves Cub Scouts and Trevor can hardly wait until he gets to join (in 2 years!)
September brought a big change for our family. Matt received an award for 10 years of service to YESCO (Young Electric Sign Company) then the next week he started a new job with a new company! He now gets to use all the great public transportation options around here and commute up to Seattle to work for National Sign Company. It'll be a great way for him to use all the great things he's learned and practice his leadership skills as well. We're proud of him.
He and I rode the train up to Seattle and found a place for me
right across the street from his new shop!
His shop is the really old brick one surrounded by fancier new buildings!
This is exactly what Seattle is like - so much old surrounded by so much new.
I was excited to order the birthday gifts for our Primary kids for next year - this is the winner...
My cute nephews on Matt's side...
Jacie won the first award at school!
And she got her ears pierced for losing her first tooth!
We were excited to listen to General Conference that started in September this year. We had a lot of fun activities to keep us all listening carefully to what we need to hear to better our lives.
Here we have the classic game of Bingo...
And here we have evidence that Carly was getting a little stir crazy! Kinda funny, though...
Day 2 was a new thing to try - bowls of snacks that you get a snack when that word is said - the kids loved it and had a good pile of snacks to eat by the end.
And the little kids helped me bake a bunch of yummy food - banana bread, homemade bread and cinnamon rolls using a cake mix. Looks great and tasted even better!
I gained 2 new great-nieces! Darling little Teresalynne belongs to my niece Emma and sweet little Lucy belongs to my niece Beth.
And to end our September - a funny shot of how Cameron ended up after a long weekend of many sessions of Conference!
That's our September!
