Just scored this beauty via Facebook. This was a Fisher Reunion during the summer. Not even close to how many people should be in this picture. This is my mom's side of the family - both her parents are in Heaven with 2 of her brothers. We all miss them but we're so glad we have this many people to love all because our grandparents fell in love so many years ago.
Carly's had a birthday, shout Hooray! Our pretty girl is 9 now and just look at the awesomeness that is her cake - she designed the swirly pattern on top - SO yummy. Chocolate heaven.
The weather has been almost alarmingly nice this month so far. It's days until Christmas and we were sneaking up on 60 for a long time - alarming, I know. It took quite awhile for our trees to realize that winter was almost here but they finally got the message and dumped all their leaves off eventually. This was the biggest pile of leaves this Fall and the kids loved playing in them.
Matt's grandma treats us to a wonderful Christmas party every year. She cooks us delicious food and makes it a nice evening for everyone. She gave the kids these cool Crystal Climber toys and they love playing with them. This year she had 4 of the older grandkids show their new musical skills they've found this year by playing Christmas songs on the piano and violin. Then we had the ever-rowdy rendition of the nativity to act out. I love the beards the most.

Matt's mom also had a birthday this month and she requested chocolate and a cake from her childhood for me to make. Voila - awesome stocking cake. Never made one before and it turned out pretty awesome. As Trevor has been know to say lately, "Look at this awesomeness!"
And to end this post, just a darling picture of my cute girls that are getting too big too fast - I love that they love to match. My kids are the best - I'm one blessed mommy. I'll be back with our holiday fun!
